OUR STORY
Salpha Healthcare Services was founded by Mai Bangura.
Mai Bangura realized her passion for working with people with intellectual disability during her work with eight persons with both Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities in a long term intermediate care facility for six years. Mai realized how rewarding it felt working with these persons.

Even though Mai moved on to improve her professional skills in other specialities in healthcare she realized she is at her best and happiest when interacting with persons with intellectual disability. It has not been a surprise to her colleagues, family and friends that she is pursuing her life dream and goal.
