Mai Bangura, MSN, APRN, FNP-BC

Mai Bangura is the visionary behind Salpha Healthcare Services, Incorporated. She is a District of Columbia board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner, who has worked with Washington DC’s most vulnerable population in her twenty- five years combined Nursing and Nurse Practitioner career.

Muna Akinmade, MA, QIDP

Muna is a dynamic, energetic and result driven professional, leveraging 20 years of experience working with individuals with intellectual and physical disabilities. She has managed several programs with various providers funded under DC Medicaid, Maryland and Virginia state government.

Muna received her Bachelor degree in Psychology from University of Maryland, and a Master degree from University of Phoenix. In her free time, when she is not advocating for our most vulnerable citizens, she enjoys time with her family, traveling, dining, shopping and reading.

Vernon Goodwin, M.S.

Vernon holds a Master’s degree in Psychology and is currently a PhD candidate. He enjoys working collaboratively with other researchers and scholar-practitioners, and has extensive experience providing excellent  service as well as managing and running a well-organized office in his work as an Incident Reporter.
